One of the reasons I love Squarespace is that you can configure the site to sell your artwork and products all different sorts of ways - and still have it look great! mimidesignsart.com has several types of commerce attached to her website. She sells in-person classes via a traditional shop and on-line classes via Squarespace's courses feature. We put in a sales page for her quilts that go directly to check out. She prefers that large commissions and original art are sold through her directly so we added a brochure and contact info for those.
It is a robust site that is well organized and easy for her to update herself.
