Working with Gallery Sections:
Gallery sections vs. gallery blocks — a gallery section takes up the whole section; a gallery block is added inside a section alongside other content
Adding a gallery section — click Add Section → Images → look for the exclamation point icon (these are the true gallery sections, not just image layouts)
Editing the gallery (images): add, delete, reorder by dragging, add descriptions/links, edit individual images
Editing the section (layout): choose gallery type, adjust spacing, columns, aspect ratio, captions, lightbox, and background color
Gallery types available:
Simple grid — uniform images in a grid; adjustable columns, spacing, and aspect ratio
Strip — organized by row height; keeps aspect ratios; clean and easy to browse; supports lightbox — a personal favorite
Masonry — staggered layout; popular but can look busy; has a ragged bottom edge; no lightbox support
Slideshow simple — one image at a time; adjustable height/width; supports autoplay, thumbnails, captions
Slideshow full — full-width banner-style slideshow; best with large horizontal images; supports autoplay
Slideshow reel — horizontal scrolling strip that preserves aspect ratios; custom CSS adds spacing between images; another personal favorite
⭐ Save or duplicate sections — once you have a gallery set up the way you like it, save it to reuse on other pages with one click
